Vocational training · since 2009

Real inclusion.
Genuine autonomy.
Your own future.

We go where people are. We train in productive trades, matched to each participant’s profile.

Our conviction

“We start with the person, not their disability. We get to know their abilities, interests and potential, and from there, together, we find the trade that best suits them. Training for independence means giving someone back the ability to build and sustain a life of their own.”
Director and co-founder · Sociologist and master metalworker.

Programs

Five trades. One holistic program.

Each participant trains in the trade that best suits who they are. But the training goes beyond technical skills. It includes psychosocial support and work with the family to strengthen their personal, social and economic independence.

Metalwork

Welding, structures and metal products with real income opportunities in the local market. The workshop also makes supplies such as the breeding cages used by the other workshops.

Guinea pig farming

Guinea pig farming

A complete, self-sufficient business model that breeds the guinea pigs, produces its own feed and brings them to market. Profitable and culturally rooted in the region.

Weaving and crafts

Garments and crafts of marketable quality, with products that have reached fashion runways. A tactile, meticulous craft, open to a wide range of profiles and especially accessible to participants who are blind or have low vision.
